Our service Communication Without Barriers will be present at this year’s Pol’And’Rock Festival.

The Communication Without Barriers service offers online translations of Polish Sign Language and English. Thanks to the latest technology, we meet the inconveniences and break down communication barriers. Based on our knowledge and extensive experience, we adjust the service to the individual needs of the client. We combine the latest ICT solutions with quality, security and high professionalism of our translators during communication. As every year, our translators are actively involved in co-creating the Pol’And’Rock Festival, translating lectures with guests at the Academy of Fine Arts. This year’s edition of the festival will be entirely online. Thanks to the translation of all conversations at Polish Sign Language, the whole event is more accessible to the deaf. Covid was a completely new start when it comes to using technology for business purposes.

On July 2, we held a videoconference with Lufthansa Systems to talk about how our client handled the pandemic. At the meeting, which was also attended by a large group of journalists, we talked about the solution that Lufthansa Systems implemented to achieve an effective remote working environment and to provide employees with comfort and a sense of security.

In May, we conducted remote online apprenticeships for students from Zespół Szkół Energetycznych in Gdańsk using the Cisco Webex solution. It is quite an innovative way of organizing internships for students, but thanks to this solution, students could gain extensive practical knowledge straight from home from our specialists.

Since mid-March, all schools have switched to distance learning mode.

Unfortunately, not every teacher or student has a computer at home at his disposal – so much needed in this difficult time. That is why the company Sevenet S.A. decided to support Primary School No. 58 Kazimierz Soltysik in Gdansk and hand over 12 laptops to the school management. From now on, all students and teachers can jointly pursue their educational goals in a remote form. It’s fun to help!

Due to the growing demand of hospitals, among others for personal protective equipment or medical equipment to fight COVID-19,

we decided to give the University Center for Maritime and Tropical Medicine in Gdynia funds for the purchase of the most necessary things to fight the coronavirus. At the same time, we would like to thank the doctors, nurses, paramedics, clinics, lab technicians and everyone who cares about our health every day, for their dedication and daily fight against the coronavirus epidemic!

For two weeks we had the opportunity to conduct apprenticeships for students from the Energy School Complex in Gdansk.

Due to the prevailing coronavirus pandemic, the entire internship took place online thanks to the Cisco Webex solution. Students had the opportunity to learn a wide range of issues related to our organization and its functioning. We hope that these classes will allow students to continue preparing for the profession of an IT technician.

“Sevenet Story Scene” 2020 canceled.

As every year, we were looking forward to meeting you during the next edition of the “Sevenet Story Scene”, which this year we planned for May 28 at the Atelier club in Sopot. Unfortunately, due to the prevailing situation related to the global threat COVID-19 and official restrictions imposed by the government, we are forced to cancel the 4th edition of “Sevenet Story Scene”. Your health and safety are the most important for us now. At the same time, we hope that this difficult time for all of us will pass and we will have the opportunity to meet at “Sevenet Story Scene” soon.
