„Recruiter” App
The entire process took place online using the "Recruiter" application we created.
This solution was designed to simplify and automate the process of recruiting candidates to the music school.
Instead of paper forms, emailing documents, or handing them in person, everything was done in one place, online.
Thanks to this application, candidates could easily and securely submit all required data and materials, and teachers and administrators gained convenient tools for managing the entire process.
We have been supporting PPSWA for many years and are pleased to have been a part of this change by implementing a solution that simplified candidate applications and simplified the work of the school team.
This is proof that the technology we create supports key processes and streamlines the institution's daily operations!
"Thanks to the new candidate recruitment app, the process ran smoothly and much faster than in previous years. Thanks to the system, the entire first stage of recruitment, conducted online, was organized, and teacher evaluations were collected in one place. The system assigned candidates identification numbers, which helped us in the in-person exams – it was easier to review grades from previous stages.
The new solution was adopted not only in the online assessments but also in the in-person exams – the committees updated grades on an ongoing basis, and the system calculated their average.
In the near future, we plan to continue working on the system and introduce additional features to make the recruitment process to our school even more efficient and convenient!"
