IP telephony

IP telephony systems (VoIP – Voice over Internet Protocol) are solutions that enable telephone calls to be made over the Internet instead of the traditional telephone network. VoIP converts analog sound into a digital signal, which is then transmitted over the Internet. This makes voice communication cheaper and much more flexible, also in terms of integration with other business systems.

IP telephony systems offer not only basic telephone functions, but also additional options such as video calls, CRM integration, voicemail, and call forwarding. In many companies, such solutions replace traditional private branch exchanges (PBX), allowing employees to use a single tool for voice calls, video conferencing, and internal communication.
