We regret to inform you that the activity of COMMUNICATION WITHOUT BARRIERS will be closed. After many years of communication support for the Deaf and Foreigners, for economic reasons we had to make a very difficult decision to turn off the service.
From the new year, the functionality of the Communication without barriers service will be unavailable and the possibility to download the application in Play Stores will end on 01/09/2021.

Without any doubt, we encounter barriers that make us difficult every day. However, we do not realize that such a problem can be communication when dealing with the simplest seemingly simple matters. People who use sign language - Deaf people face such a challenge on a daily basis. Only recently can we see attempts to build a bridge connecting the world of hearing people with deaf people. The possibilities that modern technologies bring in this area are key.
It is estimated that nearly 200,000 people with hearing loss live in Poland. These people, who are mobile and fully functional, struggle with a communication problem in public utilities every day. Solution?
Communication without barriers is an innovative solution based on modern ICT solutions. A Deaf person coming to the office or to a selected institution can be served in the same way as any other client, without any problems understanding what the other party has to convey. It works simply: a video connection is established with the Contact Center. A video conference is starting to enable communication between three people: an employee of the institution, a sign language interpreter and the Deaf person. The problem with which the Deaf person arrives is solved in real time. The clerk easily takes part in the conversation, while performing all the formalities necessary to finalize the case with which the client arrives.
